GAME SCORES

Use this form for coaches and managers to report game results. Take all the space you need. Be sure to mention the date, the division, the rink, the teams, the score, your name and e-mail address or phone number. If the game was not completed for any reason be sure to mention the exact circumstances so that the League Board can best handle rescheduling.
